About

Nutrition + Support for Roseville, MN Families

Birth is Beautiful. Postpartum is Magical.

15% of women experience postpartum depression within the first year of baby’s birth. 60% of mothers do not breastfeed for as long as they intend to. 68-70% of mothers feel a sense of overwhelm at all they are responsible for in their family.

Let’s change these statistics.

Postpartum should be a time of joy, relaxation, rejuvenation, plenty of baby snuggles. What you eat, how you spend your day, and who is around you plays a role in your experience. We’re here to help.

Since 2015

We have worked one on one with women on nutrition and health coaching both in person and online. In 2017, we added birth and postpartum doula services to broaden our ability to support families in all stages of parenthood.

Meet Lucy

Lucy is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and aspiring Maternal Support Practitioner (doula) through bebo mia. She fell in love with nutrition in high school when she saw what a difference good eating and exercise had on her mind and body, and became trained to help others reach their own optimal level of health. After her own experience with the birth of her son, Lucy found a new passion in helping other women achieve positive birth experiences and have the births they desire. Lucy uses her background in biology, chemistry, and nutrition along with her welcoming, accepting presence to create the perfect combination of scientific, practical knowledge and physical and emotional support through all phases of pregnancy.
